Kriti Kharbanda shares her ‘bachpan ka sapna’ as she drops chooda ceremony pics; adds personal touch to her kaleeras

Actor Kriti Kharabanda is on a spree of sharing her wedding moments. Ever since she tied the knot with Pulkit Samrat, Kriti has been sharing her pre-wedding festivities and small moments. On Thursday, she shared some pictures from her chooda ceremony while revealing her ‘bachpan ka sapna’ (childhood dream). Sharing beautiful moments from her chooda ceremony, the Housefull 4 actor revealed that she donned her grandmother’s gold necklace and her mother’s wedding veil for the ceremony.

She wanted to adorn them even before she had a boyfriend or a proposal as it was her childhood dream. Moreover, she even added a personal touch to her Kaleeras. We got to see a picture of her kaleeras where ‘Will you marry me’ was written on it. Sharing the pictures on her gram, Kriti wrote, “Naani ma ka haar aur ma ki shaadi ka dupatta! The two things I was sure I was going to adorn during my Chooda ceremony even before there was a boyfriend or a proposal bachpan ka Sapna tha. It was a magical morning. Riding high on emotions and my heart pounding coz pulkit and I weren’t allowed to meet or see each other before the pheras.”

“While we did things our way, a few things were still old school. I wish he was a part of this moment too. But sigh, I loved the look on his face the first time he saw these pictures and was bowled over. Laal chooda and traditional kaleera’s were a non negotiable too. The number of people who tried to convince me otherwise was insane. But I’m so glad I stuck to what I wanted to do and didn’t look back,” she continued.

Pulkit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda had an intimate wedding on March 15. They have worked together in movies like Veerey Ki Wedding, Taish and Pagalpanti.
